1. The service

RenderTech VPN provides access to VPN account provisioning, app download guidance, customer account tools, and subscription-based VPN access. The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, software, payment gateways, WordPress/WooCommerce functionality, and VPNresellers/VPNClient systems.

2. Customer accounts and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your customer account, VPN username, password, and billing login details secure. You must not share, resell, abuse, or misuse access unless RenderTech VPN has expressly authorised it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

3. Free trials, payments, subscriptions, and renewals

• Plans, prices, free trials, billing intervals, and renewals are shown at checkout or on the pricing/product page.
• A free trial may require a valid customer account and may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing schedule shown at checkout.
• You are responsible for cancelling unwanted renewals from your account or by contacting support before renewal where applicable.
• Payment failures, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or cancellation of VPN access.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation options may be available through your customer account or by contacting support. Refund eligibility depends on the plan, payment method, promotional offer, trial status, usage, and applicable law. Where a payment provider is involved, refund timing may also depend on that provider.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RenderTech VPN for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity. This includes, but is not limited to:

• attacking, scanning, disrupting, or compromising networks, systems, or services;
• fraud, identity theft, phishing, malware distribution, spam, or unauthorised access;
• copyright infringement or violation of third-party rights;
• harassment, threats, exploitation, or illegal content distribution;
• reselling or sharing accounts without permission;
• attempting to bypass usage limits, account controls, or security restrictions.

6. Apps, downloads, and setup

RenderTech VPN may provide links to VPNClient apps for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS/iPadOS, Android TV/Firestick, Linux, and related setup resources. You are responsible for using the correct app for your device and keeping your device software updated. App availability, store listings, and platform requirements may change over time.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable VPN service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available access. Performance may vary based on location, network conditions, device, platform, server availability, maintenance, third-party infrastructure, and factors outside our control.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if there is non-payment, suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, security risk, fraud concern, service misuse, or operational/legal requirement. Where appropriate, we may also remove or restrict access to accounts, downloads, or support.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

RenderTech VPN is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, third-party failures, device issues, or misuse of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website, account, subscription, or VPN service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
